Dream Alchemy Tea Blend

This blend is intended to stimulate vivid dreams & support lucid dreaming. Dreams tend to be elusive and easily slip away. This tea blend also supports recall. The realm of dreams is very mysterious. Through dreaming, we process the events and emotions we experience while awake. Our conscious mind uses the rest sleep offers to allow the unconscious mind to help make sense of things. Dreams can help us understand problems in our daily lives or feel better about tough situations. Some dreams can help us heal from emotional pain. I recommend keeping a pen and blank journal beside your bed for writing down your dreams upon waking. 

I like to add a little honey to sweeten.

Use 1 tsp to 1tbsp per 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the more medicinal the tea will be.
