How to use the Support Nasal Inhaler: Holding one side of your nose closed, place the inhaler just under the open side, inhale deeply for around 3 to 4 seconds. And exhale the same amount. Do the same thing with the other side. Use as often as needed.

Clear it out

This product is great for convenience and being on the go. You can't always have vapor rub or a humidifier at your work or office. This tiny tube packs a punch. I like to use this too when I am getting a sinus headache. I can clear my head and feel the fresh scent do its work.
