Palo Santo is Spanish for "holy wood" for it's considered to be sacred. It is native to Peru, Ecuador, and other South American countries. It is a very woodsy yet sweet citrus scent. Palo Santo aroma promotes relaxation, calmness, and all-around positive feelings. This is natural wood that has been harvested ethically (meaning it is taken only from branches that have fallen to the forest floor). It is definitely one of my favorite aromas. Bundle comes with 7 sticks. 

Yerba Santa floral sticks. Yerba Santa is an herb that is commonly used for protection and boundaries. It brings courage and helps to release emotional pain from the heart center. For this reason, it is beneficial for those experiencing grief, melancholy, depression, or despair. It is great for self-care practices and for increasing self-love. It is also believed to help aid in enhancing ones spiritual abilities. These are wrapped in lovely, fragrant yellow and blue flowers. 

Peppermint and white sage sticks. White sage is considered to be a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant. It is an evergreen found mainly in Southern California and the edges of the Mojave and Sonoran deserts. Due to its over harvesting, white sage is considered to be on the "watch list". For this reason, I grow my own. That means these sticks are limited to what I have in stock. Peppermint creates a calm and cooling effect due to it's high concentration of menthol. It is used to elevate the mood and alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, exhaustion, and irritability.

Blue Sage and Lavender sticks. Blue sage is ideal for relaxation and stress relief. It is also said to support feelings of abundance. Lavender brings feelings of calm. It has a peaceful and sedating effect. This is a great blend for meditation or relaxation. 

White sage has a strong, earthy scent that is often described as medicinal. On the other hand, blue sage has a sweeter and milder scent that is often described as floral or spicy.

Rue is known as the "Herb of Grace" or the "Blessed Herb". It has long been considered a powerful and protective plant with a detailed historical use in both medicine and ceremony. Rue is believed to help restore radiance, vitality, and love in our atmosphere. 

I grow a good deal of my own herbs for this. What I don't grow myself, I obtain ONLY from trusted sources to combine and create these beauties.
