This blend is intended to honor the courageous and sacred power or releasing trapped emotions, old habits, old mindsets, and behaviors that keep us stuck & trapped. This blend supports us in our journey of expansion and growth. Energetically this blend helps to release emotional residue, grief, & stored stress. Surrendering perfectionism and the need to "figure it out". Creates a sense of safety to feel without forcing resolution.

Directions: Steep 1 tsp in 8 ounces of boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes for more potent medicine. 

I recommend enjoying 1 to 2 cups daily, although you can enjoy this nourishing blend as often as you like. Enjoy hot or cold. Sweeten with local honey.
