This treatment is used to refresh the body, promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and vitality. It is also vital for lymphatic support. If you have been living with nagging health issues and are looking to restore your health and feel better, one function of the body that is vital to address is detoxification. One system of the body that is of particular importance for detoxification is the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system lacks a pump and depends on movement and deep breathing, which we often neglect when overwhelmed.
The lymphatic system is an integral part of the immune system, and complementary to the circulatory system. It consists of a large network of lymphatic vessels, lymph nodes, lymphoid organs, lymphatic tissue and lymph. Lymph is a clear fluid carried by the lymphatic vessels back to the heart for re-circulation.
One of the main functions of the lymphatic system is that of immune defense. Lymph is very similar to blood plasma, in that it contains waste products and cellular debris, together with bacteria and proteins. The cells include the lymph nodes (where the highest lymphocyte concentration is found), the spleen, the thymus, and the tonsils. Lymphocytes are initially generated in the bone marrow.
Fluid from circulating blood leaks into the tissues of the body by capillary action, carrying nutrients to the cells. The fluid bathes the tissues as interstitial fluid, collecting waste products, bacteria, and damaged cells, and then drains as lymph into the lymphatic capillaries and lymphatic vessels. These vessels carry the lymph throughout the body, passing through numerous lymph nodes which filter out unwanted materials such as bacteria and damaged cells.
It is very important that we keep our lymphatic system from becoming stagnant. There are several tell tale signs that lymphatic fluid is not moving effectively and that toxins are building up in your body.
Here are some indicators:
Bloating, swelling in your fingers/rings fitting more tightly, brain fog, digestive issues, parasites, depression, sinus infections, skin problems/dry and or itchy skin, enlarged lymph nodes, chronic fatigue, feeling sore or stiff when you wake up in the morning, unexplained injuries, excess weight, cold hands and feet, constipation, worsened allergies, food sensitivities.....
Unlike the circulatory system, in which the heart acts as a pump, this system has no pump. But there are certain things that you can do to activate your lymphatic system and get it flowing and removing toxins again.
Some of the benefits of working with these healing treatments are:

Your lymphatic system isn’t just critical for detoxification, but also mirrors your emotional health? When emotions get trapped in it, they can trigger inflammation and a sluggish immune response.
Imagine your lymphatic system trying to manage emotional overwhelm—similar to how it filters out physical toxins. Excessive emotional weight can slow its flow, mimicking feelings of burnout. Similarly, chronic guilt or putting others’ needs before your own can cause lymphatic congestion, leading to fatigue and compromised immunity.
Moreover, unaddressed feelings of betrayal and disappointment congest lymph nodes, making it hard for your body to eliminate toxins, mirrored in physical symptoms like persistent fatigue, sensitivity, and pain. If emotional flow is blocked, it leads to brain fog and emotional heaviness, rendering processing difficult.
By supporting your lymphatic system, you also empower your body to shed past trauma, reduce inflammation, and rejuvenate energetically and physically. You'll receive a small, warm cup of tea to help fully support your lymphatic system, as well as your nervous system, prior to receiving your half hour treatment. Bring your favorite book to read while enjoying your lymphatic tea. Once you have finished your tea, your treatment will begin.
Once your treatment has completed, you will rest for 10 minutes. This resting time is vital for allowing the body to settle and the cells to hydrate properly. I will provide you with 8 ounces of hydrogen, electrolyte water, rich with minerals to add another layer of lymphatic system support and revitalize your body.
