The intention of this heart-centered herbal blend is to nourish the cardiovascular and nervous systems while encouraging a sense of calm and ease.

Grateful Heart combines herbs traditionally used to support healthy cardiovascular function, circulation, and nervous system balance. This gentle blend is especially lovely during seasons of stress, when slowing down and tending to both the heart and nervous system feels especially important.

Rather than chasing symptoms, Grateful Heart was created as a daily ritual of nourishment....a warm cup, a slower moment, and a little reminder to care for the heart that carries you through it all.

Hawthorn and motherwort are two of the most important allies in Western herbalism for heart health. Hawthorn is known as the "heart long-term protector". Motherwort is known as the heart's "immediate calm".

Use 1 tsp per 8 ounces of hot water. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
