Lady Time Tea (Moon Time Tonic)

This intention of this blend is to support the body and mind through menstrual cycle related discomfort and hormonal transitions, including PMS, PMDD, & menopause. 

Did you know that painful, debilitating cramps during menstruation is not normal? Periods should also not be mentally and emotionally stressful, nor should they be irregular or extremely heavy. These issues are caused by a calcium and iron deficiency. This moon time tonic is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, & vitamin C. This is extremely supportive and soothing. 

I crafted this blend specifically for myself and my daughter. We had such success with this blend that I knew I had to add it to my product line. Many of my customers have found great relief with this product. 

Organic ingredients: motherwort, red raspberry leaf, dandelion leaf, chickweed, elder, lemon balm, oatstraw, mugwort, vitex berries, cramp bark, wild yam, sage leaf, and milk thistle.

Flavor profile: Herbaceous & aromatic.

If you’re breastfeeding, here’s something important to know…

Sage, especially in tea or tincture form (in large doses), can actually reduce your milk supply. For centuries, women have turned to her when it was time to dry up their milk or ease engorgement after weaning.

A little— that’s fine, safe, and even nourishing. It is breastfeeding safe in small doses.

Sage is an anti-galactic, which means that it can dry up your breast milk, when had in large quantities. There is limited scientific evidence specifically demonstrating that sage effectively dries up milk supply. Most support for its use comes from traditional practices and anecdotal reports rather than controlled clinical trials, so caution is advised when considering its use.
