Mama's Milk Tea

The intention of this tea blend is to support lactation and health breast milk production for breastfeeding mothers, while nourishing the postpartum body. 

This blend nourishing, calming herbal support for the postpartum period, which can often be a challenging time. This galactagogue blend helps encourage milk supply. 

If you are looking for lactation support this may be the tea for you. If you are struggling with a low milk supply for any reason, this blend may offer you the support you are looking for. 

This blend is caffeine free so it can be enjoyed at bedtime or at 3am feedings. It is also great to enjoy over ice in the summer. It has such a wonderful cooling effect. 

1 cup per day is all you need.

Steep 1tsp in 8 ounces of boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes.
