DIRECTIONS:
Simply lather the bar into wet hands & massage bar directly into hair, then rinse thoroughly.

SHORT to MEDIUM HAIR:
Shampoo bar alone should suffice.

LONG HAIR:
No shampoo bar provides the acidity needed for normal pH balance of hair. It’s easy to re-balance this and add shine & softness! Just rinse out shampoo residue, then douse hair with diluted apple cider vinegar (2 cup container filled with 1/4 cup ACV then filled to top with water). 

If your hair is oily after use, you need to decrease amount of vinegar in the rinse.
If your hair is tangly after use, you should use more vinegar in your rinse.

PLEASE NOTE:
When first switching to a natural solid shampoo, hair can go through a detox period & feel waxy & stringy. This is normal, as it binds to chemical buildup from commercial shampoo residue. Be patient, as you don’t want to rush this process. After washing with bar 2-3x weekly for a few weeks, hair should acclimate to this new shampoo. If you are switching from a different natural shampoo bar then you'll be just fine.
