Coming Home Herbal Tea Blend

This blend opens the heart space and creates a deeply profound sense of peace and ease. This blend helps you come home to who you've always meant to be. 

I formulated this stunning tea blend during our time of crisis and grief with our hom, our safe space. This blend wasn't about coming back to our physical home. It was about the way I found myself showing up in this crisis. "Coming Home" is so much deeper than a phrase or a catchy name for a tea blend. It has been such a profound time of opening my heart and returning to self. Clawing through the layers of trauma that always kept me showing up in my trauma response of control.

This tea blend nourished me through every step of my journey. Trusting the unknown, being completely aligned with my journey, inspiring others in their journey and coming home to the person I was meant to be before the trauma, has made me profoundly grateful for this moment in time.

Directions: Steep 1 tsp in 8 ounces of boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes for more potent medicine. 

I recommend enjoying 2 to 3 cups daily, initially. Have a cup when you are experiencing a high stress time or situation, as needed. Once you feel you have found balance, have 1 cup per day.
