Coming Home is intended to be a soft exhale. A return to self.

Coming Home was created as an invitation to settle back into yourself...to soften, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath expectations, roles, and all the ways life has asked you to keep going.

This gentle, caffeine-free blend brings together milky oat tops, nettle, spearmint, lemongrass, elder, rose, chamomile, red raspberry leaf, and orange peel to create a smooth, floral cup designed for moments of rest, reflection, and reconnection.

But the story of Coming Home is deeply personal.

I formulated this blend during one of the most difficult seasons of my own life, while my family was displaced from our home and navigating crisis, grief, and uncertainty.

At first, I thought I was trying to find my way back to our physical home.

What I discovered was that I was finding my way back to myself.

I began recognizing the places where trauma had taught me to grasp for control, the roles I had learned to carry, and the ways uncertainty challenged my ability to trust myself.

Coming Home became part of my ritual through that season...a warm cup, a soft exhale, and an invitation to loosen my grip on what I couldn't control.

It became about trusting the unknown. Listening inward. Allowing softness. And remembering that returning home isn't always about returning to a place.

Sometimes it is returning to the person underneath everything you've had to become to survive.

Home isn't a place. It's self-trust restored.

Caffeine Free

To Brew: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. For a stronger cup, steep a little longer.

I recommend enjoying up to 3 cups daily, initially. Have a cup when you are experiencing a high stress time or situation, as needed. Once you feel you have found balance, have 1 cup per day.
