Tea of the Month was born from the idea of sharing herbal tea to nourish the body and the spirit. One of my goals for the new year is to nourish my body with more herbal tea. I personally drink a great deal of organic plant matter. A lot of people don't realize that herbs are full of vitamins and minerals that nourish the body.

Each month will feature a new and delicious blend that isn't a regular staple in the shop, but it is one of my personal favorite blends that I use regularly. These can be sweetened with honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup. These can be enjoyed hot or over ice!

February's tea is Grateful Heart Blend. It is my goal to start each and every day with a grateful heart. This blend is inspired by that endeavor. This blend is caffeine free, warm, herbaceous, and very fruity. It is absolutely the loveliest blend. I highly recommend this blend when you are looking for nourishment for your heart, physically and/or emotionally.
