If you are like me, your seasonal allergies are the worst.

This formulation came out of necessity to combat my own seasonal allergies and the cough and congestion that so often accompany them.

These herbs in this tea were chosen based each herbs ability to support.

Nettle - acts as an antihistamine. Nothing more to say. If you suffer from seasonal allergies...you need this beautiful plant ally in your life!

Mullein - alleviates irritation and acts as an expectorant due to its mucin and saponin content. It is used for upper respiratory health.

Peppermint - In folk use, peppermint is utilized for respiratory infections, congestion, and labored breathing.

Goldenrod - Often mistaken as the culprit who is jacking up your sinus and allergy health...but this plant ally is actually powerful in helping relieve and fight off those issues. Fun little side note - Goldenrod is a perennial plant that is well-known for its healing properties. Goldenrod does not cause seasonal allergies as many tend to believe. No one is, no one can be, allergic to Goldenrod pollen. Why? For starters, it has virtually none and it is pollinated by insects. Only wind-pollinated plants such as Ragweed (which blooms at the same time as Goldenrod) can cause allergic reactions. Native Americans utilized goldenrod to alleviate sore throats.

This blend also includes 2 additional herbs for allergy support, as well as immune system support.

30 servings - That's around .37 per cup of sweet relief. Cover 1 tsp of herbal ally in 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 8 minutes. Strain off herb. Consume tea at least 2 times/daily, up to 4 times daily as needed. You can sweeten with local honey, add a tbsp of our wonderful Extreme Allergy Syrup, or add lemon. I prefer to add lime. You can also chill the tea once it has steeped and add it to a smoothie if that's something that you do regularly.

I advise investing in a tea steeper or some organic, unbleached cotton bags if you drink loose leaf tea on a regular basis or plan to going forward.
