Postpartum Support Tea

This tea is great for postpartum support, while also keeping up milk supply. If you are struggling with postpartum depression or low milk supply for any reason, this blend will give you the support you are looking for. 

It is fruity, floral, and so delicious. This blend is caffeine free so it can be enjoyed at bed time or at 3am feedings. It is also great to enjoy over ice in the summer. It has such a wonderful cooling effect.

The ingredients include certified organic chamomile, lemon balm, hawthorne, fennel, hibiscus, passion flower, and lavender. 

I like to add a teaspoon of raw, local honey. It's nothing less than scrumptious! Steep the tea bag for 7 to 9 minutes.
