This can be enjoyed at night as it is a caffeine free blend. We wanted to give people who love our cold Elderberry & Wolfberry Super Syrup a hot option to warm your nights, although it can be enjoyed over ice as well. I do not suggest using this instead of the Elderberry & Wolfberry Super Syrup, I recommend using it in conjunction with the syrup. 

organic ingredients: elderberries and wolfberries this tea includes: organic astragalus, organic nettle leaf, organic red clover blossoms, organic alfalfa leaf, organic sage leaf, organic ginger root, organic orange peel, organic rose hips, organic cinnamon, organic clove, organic spearmint, organic goldenrod, organic lavender, organic mullein leaf, & peppermint.

Yields 30 servings. That makes each cup of herbal, immune support goodness .43 cents each. You can't beat that for organic goodness. I like to add a teaspoon of raw, local honey. It's nothing less than scrumptious! Steep 1 tsp for 8 to 9 minutes in hot water.

Great tea

My son won't drink elderberry syrup. GFO has the best tasting and best working syrup around but he doesn't like the honey. He absolutely loves GFO's tea. I love that his immune system is still being kept well. GFO has such a great variety of stuff. We also love her Immune system support Extract. I add it to my syrup and he drinks it in his tea and we all stay well.

Scrumptious!

I鈥檓 currently drinking a cup of this tea and really like the pleasant taste and soothing aroma. A warm, mild tea perfect for a cold night. I added honey as a sweetener and am already thinking about the next cup!
